Our client signed an Agreement of Purchase and Sale to buy a home.  The seller was represented by an agent and had family support during the process.  There were multiple offers on the property.  After everything was signed, the seller advised that she would not complete the sale as her lawyer was advising her the price was too low.  We successfully sued the vendor and recovered damages based on the difference between the purchase price and a future market price.  We also got the deposit returned.      – Orie
